50 years ago you would have found only two fishermen's houses in this part of the island of Pag. Today, this area is a lively centre where you can stroll through the alleys with shops, restaurants and apartments. With its authenticity, Mandre has charmed tourists who come here from all over Europe to relax. When the season ends and the last visitors leave, Mandre is left with over two hundred locals and their flocks of sheep roaming the pastures outside the town.
Availability and location
The resort lies 15 km south of the famous resort of Novalja, and only 74 km from Zadar airport.
If you drive from Bratislava via Slovenia, using the ferry Prizna-Zigljen, Mandre is 622 km away. If you choose air travel, the flight from Vienna to Zadar takes 1 hour, followed by a 75-minute transfer to Mandre.
Do you want to spend a day by the sea but would like to swap pebbles for sand? The sandy beach "Čista plaža" is only 8 km away from Mandre in the direction of Novalja.

The construction of the house is a prefabricated sandwich house with a traditional structural system.
The advantages of these buildings in general are: these houses are an alternative to the construction of (single-family) houses, quick and dry assembly, good thermal insulation properties and the possibility of using more architectural options.
The back wall of the house is made of stone, the rest is wood. Insulation, plasterboards in the interior and also plaster were used in the construction.
Do is connected to the municipal water supply.
The waste water goes to the sewage treatment plant and then to the seepage pit.
The pool has a solonisation unit which creates chlorine gas from the salt water in the pool, which then serves as the main disinfectant for the maintenance of the pool water.
This bungalow is the work of a Slovak developer with 15 years of experience and many successful projects in his portfolio. His main specialization is the island of Pag, where he considers it essential to have the right team by his side that understands the local market.
